Please be advised that some states and international businesses will not have “Seller Permit.” You can also submit an application using your Business License, State Certification and/or Federal Tax ID (EIN) & 2 Paid Invoices dated 2017 reflecting that you buy clothing at wholesale level

Q. I already registered but I still cannot access website.
After submitting your application and requested documents,Wanna B needs to review your information for verification purposes. This procedure usually takes 24-48 hours After verifying your information, we will grant you access to our online store. You will receive an Email with your log-in credentials.
Q. When will my order ship?
SHOPWANNAB.COM's orders are given Priority before any other site that we sell on. We always do our best to ship same day provided the items are available. If you order pre-order items or items that are back-ordered, we will ship as soon as they arrive!
Q. I placed an order, what next?
Upon the completion of your order, general processing time may take up to 2-4 business days. Once the order is processed, payment for your order will only be charged when the items are shipped. We do not pre charge your order without your consent.

Q. Is Wanna B a pre-order company?
Wanna B is a Pre-Order company, we also ship in the order we receive orders meaning by date and time.
All orders will be shipped as ready unless the customer has requested to call before shipping.
Customers who require a "CALL BEFORE SHIPPING" may delay the shipment of your order due to failure of communication.
Due to the high demand of WANNA B styles, the stock of varying items may change within a day.
Q. Do I have to purchase all 6 pieces in a pack? Or can I purchase just 3 pieces?
Unfortunately, our packs come pre-packed in 6 pieces and cannot be broken. All packs must be sold as is.
Q. Do I have to pay for return shipping costs?
Depending on the nature of the claim, customers may cover the expense for return shipping. (Shipping/Handling cost are non-refundable)
