Return Policy

  • We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected. All claims should be made within 4 business days of receipt of goods. There is a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized or overdue returns. We request customers to keep all packages unopened and include original manufacturers packaging and label. Items should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used.

    Policy: Refunds will not be issued for damage or return claims. We do not offer exchanges or replacements, only store credit will be issued.     Cancellations: No cancellations are accepted after shipment. All sales are non-refundable. Order cancellations must be requested by written form (letter or e-mail)
